Very cute picture of our little boy, Luke. We are back from a week trip to Southern California and San Antonio, TX - Yeehaw!
Luke did a line dance in San Antonio- well, really he does an interpretive chest pounding and leg kicking dance. Okay - it is actually just a spastic frenzy, still, very endearing. We had a nice time at the riverwalk and the alamo. If I'm not mistaken, the alamo is where 300 brave soldiers fought over 1 million of Xerxes hoards. A nice bit of learning that I can pass on to my new boy!
Luke continues to root for Danny on American Idol who recently sang "Hero". Luke was very affected, as evidenced by him crying soon after. Here he is after the song - very affected
He is close to sleeping through the night, he hasnt needed food for the last week from 11 am til 7 am. Although, he may be getting sick and throwing him for a loop. It is a shame, he had been sick with various illness' from Dec 30 til early Feb (sinus infection, chest cold, ear infection, immunization shots, etc). A rough time for all of us. Wish us luck!
